Segregated, having to drink from color only water fountains, racism, black folks waiting for a voice to be heard R.I.P to Brother Martin, because I had a dream, one day this world would be united as one, but it was just a dream, somebody reading this is going to comment why would you say that, look how far people have came, people understand, where we were last year to right now is clearly not the same, take a minute to examine the things happening in the world, to think that racism is dead is just absurd, and my people we are doing all the wrong things to be heard, to start a protest we\'re giving the world what they want to see, black people in one area so somebody can knock us off by 2\'s or 3\'s, black power was never something that stood for violence, but rather a symbol so that black people could be heard even when in silence, why you think when blacks were thrown to the ground and had handcuffs slapped on they wrist, they would stand up and proudly hold up they fist, in case some of y\'all ain\'t no, I\'m going to give y\'all some clarity, the raised fist was a symbol for support and solidarity, let me take it back, not all protests end up in violence, but nine times out of ten, someone will throw that first punch which ends up as a riot, tear gas gets thrown and shots start ringing, then we end up at a funeral with a black choir singing, two weeks later another protest begins and it seems like the cycle never ends like its a never ending trend like no matter what we do we just can\'t win, we need to make to choice to have a new voice and understand not every protest has to be with noise, silence speaks for it\'s self that we as people need help that our problems is not to be ignored like over priced milk on a shelf, we need to find a new way to be heard with a new agenda, otherwise we will always be stuck within this black dilemma
