HOT SPICEY PUMPKIN SOUP ! A 4 4 4 2 Sonnet

 

 

FLESH of your Halloween Pumpkin

Coriander ~ cinnamon ~ chilli

Roast Pumpkin ~ spice ~ olive oil

40 minutes @ 200 C

 

Chop an onion ~ carrot ~ celery

Boil in half litre vegetable stock (30 minutes)

Add roast Pumpkin and litre of

Vegetable stock ~ place on hob !

 

Bring mixture to boiling and stir

Turn off heat and blitz with a hand .....

Blender until smooth and pureed

Add salt & pepper to your taste !

 

Serve hot with swirl of sour cream

And a fresh crusty roll ~ SERVES SIX !
