• Me and my brain are at it again

Weird and bad thoughts start to blend

• Should I express how I feel or stay quiet

The feelings for her are strong and I can’t deny it

• My brain and heart are fighting over their beliefs

And I’m stuck in the middle without happiness or relief

• I don’t feel worthy and vile and that’s just the start

But if I was given the slightest chance I’d give her my heart

• Is this a burden or gift I still don’t know

All that I know is that my insanity will continue to grow

• I’m afraid that she will not feel the same

That something like us together would be insane

• Even if that is not true I’m nervous and unprepared
