Where are you now?

Oh father,  father where are you now?

I made a promise to myself one day Ill make you proud.

Every time I had a question I was ignored though my actions were loud.

In and out my life around the age of five,

I don\'t blame either of you I struggled, but im alive.

I always looked up to you my spirit so short and you so tall.

Ill never forget everyday you would call.

Father, father why was I born?

it had to be for a purpose that\'s why the condom was torn,

Right? Anything to get past drama just find the light.

But do not get mad at me dad I figured out most of life on my own.

I do not cry no more I keep my mouth shut and asked to be left alone.

Why every day do we find ourselves in a new struggle? I find it kind of odd.

Religion pimping itself out one of the reasons I question god.

I have to be more than what these fake people want from me.

I have to be more than just the grazing sheep.

Father, father im a man now I will not ask for a thing.

I mean I been paying bills since 16.

I only wish for your happiness as I search for mine.

I do not go to God with my troubles I just grab my pen and

Rhyme.
