Three AM the dogs awake
Let him out for a quick urinate
In he comes tail a waging
I’m tired think of four PM when I’ll be sagging
The nights so quiet it makes you think

Insomnia or dog I cannot tell
Laying here it feels like hell
Wait a minute I feel sleepy
Eyes shut falling feels creepy
The alarm goes off it is morning
