Blue

• It is my preferred color and my frequent mood

  I feel like if I told anyone I’ll be misunderstood

• Asking why am I sad in this big and wonderful world

 Why have I let melancholy take me out for a whirl

• And to be honest I really don’t know

 It’s very hard to explain and harder to show

• But being blue is easier than being joyful and happy

 And don’t get me wrong I’m not depressed or sappy

• I’m just a guy that really like sadness and its unnervingly true

For I am a guy that likes the color blue
