After seventy years captivity
In Babylon here see
The LORD will visit them, release
His own people, bring peace
They would return to their own land
Be led by His good hand
For He says, I know the thoughts I
Have to you, not passed by
They be thoughts of peace, not evil
I [have] good plans for you still
And give you an expected end
My blessings shall I send
Then shall you call upon me, go
Pray unto me, and me shall know
And I will hearken unto you
Grant you promises true
And you shall seek me, and find me
When your search for me be
With all your heart, and so I will
Be revealed to you still
And I will your captivity turn
You shall know of me, learn
I will gather you and bring you
