in life
we grow up,
have a little fun.
but then
as hard as bricks
it hits us:
money lust.
it rules our lives,
pushing us to work.
controlling us.
filling us with greed.
eventually,
we lose who we were
and become slaves
to money.
and then
before we know it
we’re old
and it still haunts us
until one day
we are finally
set free.
