A day passed quickly full of rain,
we walked and talked and rode the train,
how pleasing to meet this girl once more,
blessed because I still adore.
Nothing to do but eat and drink,
that\'s all we need, to sit, to think.
I hope her loneliness retires
she needs some love to stoke her fires.
Time passed by and still we\'re learning
she smiles and I\'m filled with yearning.
my world is good when she is near
but time goes fast it\'s once a year.
She still has that sparkle in her eye,
I know she\'ll find her perfect guy,
I\'ll be pleased yet sad so much,
I dearly hope we stay in touch.
We must always have some dealings,
I\'ll never lose these loving feelings.
