Honey crêpes
The dancing pigeon flew the coop
assaying escapades;
he heard that far, in Guadalupe
would meet poetic maids.
Aboard the boat he met three chicks
that loved his tango steps
and one and two they intermix\'d
enjoying honeyed crêpes.
Hence, honey-spread upon their tips
of tongues affected most
the three that felt the moon eclipse
and their enchanting host.
The stars were blinking in the dark
- small lanterns thrown above -
and in their eyes reflected spark
bestowed to those who love.
Celestial figures they became
emerging from their dreams;
thus, seagulls heard the maids exclaim
their Anapestic reams.
A pigeon of the honeyed skies,
bird of the peppered sloop
and three digressing butterflies
have sailed to Guadalupe.
