Once again a girl falls
Spinning through the sky
As the world comes swirling into her view
The ground rushes closer as her speed increases
She doesn’t hold her breathe or close her eyes
Instead she is ready to embrace the pain
For once she will control how and why it will happen
Nobody can hurt her if she hurts herself first
The roof is far above her now as her back turns to the ground
His face is what she sees when she closes her eyes
Hearing his voice saying he wont leave
Clouds forming his outline as he fades away
He couldn’t even keep his word
The only thing the girl asked for
To never be abandoned once they fell in love
Its to late now the knife is in her chest
Jabbed into the place her heart should have been
Yet she still breathes with the steel protruding
Her vision shows her that he has her heart in his hands
It is crumpled and cracked
The pieces are broken like glass
He knew she was fragile but he didn’t care
Now she is looking to be free
Free from the pain from the lies he told
With tears streaming from her eyes
She sends one last thought out
\"I will love you forever\"
Releasing her breathe she turns around
Only to be meet by the hard unforgiving ground
Now he wont have to worry anymore
Never again will she send him messages or look at his face
Her last memory was of him walking away
His last memory will be about the girl he let get away
