I am quiet.
I am shy.
I don’t really like to try,
Even though I should.
I’ve messed up.

You wouldn’t know unless you tried
To know me.
I am sad

And you will hear me apologize
It’s just me.
I never want to see anyone hurt.
I’d never wish anyone dead.

That plague my heart and head
I’m not a bad person
I’m just misunderstood.
My only intention in this life
Is to do something good
I just don’t see why life
Has to be so unfair
Accusing those who don’t have an ounce of malice
While dangers roam everywhere
