Grandfather of Green Age

Oh my dear sweet grandpa, I never miss,

You are in my mind still you remember this.

Fifteen years happened you have passed away,

Still I hope you travel in peace in cosmic way.

I was going to fair with you counting number,

You were telling fable written in lovely umber.

Sitting in back to your seat in your olden car,

I was travelling with you so far dancing like gar.

Playing with you I was, you were singing for me,

I was murmuring behind you like a honey bee.

I was sleeping, while you were playing your flute,

You were very nice grandpa, our family’s root.

While you were playing tambourine, I was singing,

While you were singing, I was chanting and ringing.

Swinging in your lap I was dreaming for a season,

You had worn nice ring, I had not asked the reason.

On this Father’s Day, dear grandpa, I remember,

Paying tribute to you I am, as a family member.

In sweet dream you come, you have sweet dream,

My dear sweet grandpa, you get God’s light beam.
