Black Vultures
Appreciate the vultures
As they do their jobs
There along the road
In their little mob
Know that they are gamblers
At their places where they land
With cars there racing
Dangerous to the band
Know the faint hearted
Should stay far away
With the body and attendants
Gone in a couple days
Respect the workers huddled
And their labor too
And be thankful for the days
When bodies are removed
Be thankful they’re above
On the thermals rising high
Looking for their meals
On roadsides far and wide
