If only I had,
just one friend,
one who I could trust,
rather than being,
alone in the end.
It would be just,
the two of us.
Still, for now I have,
no one to trust,
or no one to claim as mine.
Not even \'man\'s best friend\' decided,
to stay by my side.
So who am I to turn to,
when I am feeling down?
If you know me,
then I\'m sure,
you know by now.
Still, it would be nice,
