People dying all around me,
Feels like the devil\'s trynna ground me.
Punishment I face, each day as they slowly fade in their grave.
Hard to deal with what\'s happening,
Sadness in my Heart, no tears in my eyes,
To much pain, I can\'t even cry.
Death and I can\'t see eye to eye.
To many horrible ways of those who\'ve died,
Devil please get off my side, and stop taking people away with pride.
Someone please pray for me, and keep this evil from dangering me!!
God is Good, God is Great,
Devil I won\'t be your bait.
Lord protect me, if you could, from this life I misunderstood.
Teach me well, teach me right, take me away from the evil that fights.
Show me better, show me your light, heal my heart from this fright.
Take my soul, forgive me for the sins I hold.
Forgive me Lord for my wrongs, keep me holy and always strong.
Wash away greed in my palms , show me my riches that are dear and long.
Protect the one\'s that I love, keep them close I beg you please? Give them everything they will need, till one day they could see, just how much they mean to me!
