A poem a day keeps the mind at play
Using great word to define what your heart wants to say
People don’t often speak from the heart
Too scared of judgement too scared it will shatter apart
I want people to know that they can be frank
Speak up to bully who play twisted games
Don’t laugh when your friends say stupid things
Tell them how you feel stand up for people who need it
This life has so many hardships and obstacles
That’s why we need to be happy and positive
Don’t put someone down for things they can’t change
Be kind to one another it might change their day
Put a smile one your face and remember what I say
Because there could be a day when something you say could
Save the ones that are almost so far away
