The LORD said unto Cyrus, see
Ruler of Medo-Persia he
Appointed by the LORD to be
Releaser from captivity
Release of Jews from Babylon
He be the LORD\'s true chosen one
That they may return, be restored
It comes to pass as the LORD\'s word
The LORD will go before him when
He guides him, crooked places then
Shall be made straight, gates of brass they
Shall be all broken in that day
And bars of iron shall be shattered
Cyrus the LORD\'s call he had heard
He working His plans out always
Bringing renewed comforting days
