As most humans cling on love,
Should we do as the majority do?
Is it care to be there for someone?
Or is it love to care?
If I refuse to leave you to wither alone,
Does that mean I can love?
If I refuse to leave you to suffer alone as I did,
Does that mean that I can still care?
We know full well of the evils that lurk in the world,
Yet this pathetic planet is idolised.
We know that we destroy our home,
Yet we continue to create more killing machines.
I detest this idea and yet I cling to the light,
To love and care I hold on,
Pathetic as it may be.
