Five Haiku Pearls for a Healthy Spirit

At present celebrations,

no supremacy,

only deep admirations.

If no constant lies,

will never be Alzheimer,

but true healthy life.

Love never exists,

if our hearts do not insist,

this life beyond ev'ry thing.

Never try to be swimming,

if you know you´ll drown,

be yourself always.

Speak not too sweetest,

sweeter than the rest you may,

sweet is a beautiful deed.
