Lately, things are cold
cold in my heart
also in my soul
wishing for a way away from this

Wishing for it to be well again
wishing for us all to be happy again
wanting our problems to go away soon
problems only being solved by dedication to solving them

Problems giving me stress
stress giving me anxiety
can I hold it in much longer?
Longer will lead me to victory.

Victory wins in the end
victory is what I have
Beating the problems, stress, anxiety,
and cold air against my skin, heart, mind, and soul.

There's always a way to get up on your own,
with or without others help.
