I Will Not Loose

ForeverJesus7

I am not saying,
that life will not be hard.
On the Contrary -
dispite life's hardships,
I will make it through.
I will push forward.
I will not loose.
Through out all the struggles,
I will overcome each one.
By the Grace of God -
and I do have God's grace -
I will not fall.
I have made mistakes.
Yet, I have always prevailed.
I refuse to loose.
I refuse to fail.
My spirit is solid.
I will not be broken.
The Lord is my rock.

My faith is shaken, I will not lose
My spirit rises, this I choose.
Hardships come, hardships go
My pain and sadness, I will not show.
Close my eyes and try to pray
My faith restored will happen one day.

  • Comment from author about the poem: Although we are always to show humility, we must remain strong mentally, spiritually, and physically in Christ. It is Jesus who pushes us each day. As long as we have Christ, we will not fall. When we accepted him, that was no longer a problem. Persistence is key
