We all have regrets
We all make mistakes
At some point in our lives
We all have something important at stake
In the heat of the moment,
Some may give it up
Leaving what was once important
Behind in the dark
When something was at stake
He could have disappeared
But what he did instead
Was worth more than all the tears
He gave up his life
So we could have ours
Everything he has done
Is worth more than the number of stars
