You can't get closure, there's nowhere to go
Don't think it all up, just let go with the flow.
Locked in with four walls and a broken sink
It takes a minute or two to learn how to think.
Thought it all out, but you forgot what was said
If crooked or straight, both deal with the dead
Can't find the rainbow, you'll find out if you know
Where paradise lives on you'll know where to go.
To think it all over, think of that closure
To beg and to steal, humans get closer
Where are you hiding, release yourself
Keep it together, brother, I'm here to help.
Stay with my heartache, let go if you can
Crease up the corners, but make it a plan
It looks deeper somehow, a fearful pain
It runs through your heart, it's trouble again.
Shook up the world just to walk a new road
So make it good in this life before its too old
Chace through the woods was broken in two
Leaves on the lawn weeping until they're blue.
A taste in the tasting was left dry in your mouth
Churches and Chapels all heading down south
Prancing and praying to play idle ideas of hurt
You landed on Mars, the Moon, a step in the dirt.
You counted to a thousand, and a few more
You swam the oceans, you crawled ashore
Sticks and their bones playing stepping stones
Broken strings and strums if everything moans.
Pick up those puzzles, pick up these flowers
You lift up the light for a thousand more hours
Leave aside the world to weep, it's all alone
Picture perfect of a beautiful wonderful home.
Left out the ending, left out to hope
Said in silence to learn how to cope
Ships and their sailors turn soldier boy
Fix it together, said goodbye with ahoy.
Sank to the bottom, but new sailors back
The waves were a shambles, shark attack
Twiddle your fingers and rotate your thumbs
Madness is when you show off your bums.
Keep it tucked in, and keep it locked up
Think it's okay when it' comes from above
Life is for you, you'll work it all out
Leave out the pain covered in doubt.

Aww, I never knew my singing would cause you all this heartache. OK, I'll keep on singing. That'll make your heartache stay! Fat lot of help I am. lol.
I can hear your vocals loud and clear, dusk. Stay with my heartache and you never know when a romance will blossom. Thank you.
Again a lot of self healing here and a truly wonderful line "You landed on mars, the moon, a step in the dirt".
Your stories are between the lines, painting the complete picture but with textures rather than paints. Extraordinarily 'different' is your style.
I'm rubbish at actually painting anything with a brush so I managed to convert to pen to use the 'textures' you have clearly seen throughout my work. You're a star, my friend and thank you for such a wonderful comment.
