Feelings are always hard for me
Usually pretty negative
But when i’m with you I can breathe
And fill my lungs with laughter
You’ve kept me warm, held me tight
And let me drift to sleep
Filling my dreams with happy thoughts,
Removing my anxiety
You’ve held me as my tears
Come streaming down my face
Holding my hand till the pain is gone
And wiping tears away
Happiness is new to me
Feelings aren’t so hard now
Happy 6 months to my love ♥♥

Nope, I can't improve on that ! lol. But seriously, it's a good write. No matter if you're not into poetic forms, or 'professional' poetry. I don't think we're into that on here.
