autumn

ron parrish aka wordman

As the autumn

winds begin to blow

falling leaves

of red,yellow and gold

They fall

on the ground below

a cascade of colors

of red and gold

Squirells playing

in all the trees

as the autumn winds

start to blow

Bringing memories

of you and me

as we watch the leaves

falling from the trees

Squirells building their nest

getting ready for the winter snow

gathering the leaves

from the ground below...

A fine write Ron. We will have what weather we will 'What will be, will be'. I'm totally confused by some weather forecasts in newspapers. Warm - though may rain - bit chilly - will pick up - etc! All in one report.

Don’t you just love Autumn? Great write Ron - looking forward to seeing some color change in the trees of Colorado myself. We’re heading to Durango -
