Struggle

Wackyheartache4

Sometimes life is impossible to take.

An obstacle that won't seem to break,

In the form of piled up rubble.

Sometimes success is impossible to fake

In The wake of the countless mistakes!

A maelstrom of endless struggle.

It would all be so grand,

A fool's childish plans

Can never understand

The way reality reprimands.

A stake through the heart of all dreams,

A bullet through all that can be!

The end now is nigh, when the world, it shall die,

There will be no more light left to see.

A knife plunges into the chest!

These demons will never find rest.

So go ahead and die, the dead will not lie,

There will always

be more to infest!

    That sounds defeatist

Maybe so. Merely one from a kaleidoscope of perspectives one may see
