What I Am

I am the cool breeze on a scorching hot day,

I am the gentle hand that wipes a single tear away,

I am the sun breaking through the storm clouds,

I am the quietness within when the world gets to loud,

I am the birds song in the crisp morning air,

I am the thread that mends when your life seems to tear,

I am the ocean, moving to and fro,

I am the high that will pick you up when you are low,

I am the one to whom you can always turn to,

When you are lost and afraid and true friends are few,

What I am, is your comforting embrace,

When you feel like you're falling down on your face,

So just as you are come unto Me,

Your past doesn't matter, I WILL SET YOU FREE!
