Awakening

Teddy.15

Opening my imagination

will lead me

to

possibility, possibility

I have yet to imagine

however

I

 always try never

to wander too far

from

reality.

A worthwhile example many should heed, Teddy.
I will always come down on the side of reality every time.

Dear Teddy, keeping our feet on the ground is my understanding here. All too easy for dreamers to stay up in the clouds. Beautiful posted image and wise words. Have a lovely day dear poet. 🌹

Good morning dearest Cassie, Ah, sometimes my imagination runs away so far that I have to reel her in. Thank you so much 🌹

I am guilty too. Us poets are prone to it :)💐

Such good advice in poetic form. Both sides need to be considered and attempted but generally the consequences of disregard fall heavier on the reality side. The format of this poem with the first two stanzas taking on the nabla form or inverted triangle. Is this a reference to femininity, differential operator in vector calculus or just my imagination surrounding "possibility, possibility" and not reality. Nicely done my friend.

Imagination is the spice of life with the main course of solid reality. Wonderfully put Teddy. 😉👍

The imagination is like a race horse that just wants to run, and trying to hold it back is quite a handful young lady. 😉

Beautiful. You remind me of Dulcinea.

Good words Teddy and so true but we can use our imagination to take us to such wonderful times.
