losing you, losing me
Losing you, losing me Today I woke up and felt empty Loss, distance, uncertainty How you can a person be so close but so far at the same time? Am I losing you? Or are you losing me?... maybe life is giving us a break Break to think Break to evaluate Break to understand... or perhaps ignore Today I woke up and felt sad Fear, insecurity, ignorance How can one person be so smart but so blind at the same time? You don't lose what you don't have...you wish you did...imagine Imagine how passionate Imagine how adventurous But, imagine how painful...or perhaps necessary Today I woke up and felt weak Heart broken, disrespected, cowardly How can one person be in absolute control but dishonor her own decisions? There is no respect where one does not respect...value Value herself Value her perceptions Value her ability to judge...or perhaps ascertain Today I woke up and felt empty Lost, distant, uncertain Not sure if losing you or losing me...how?

I really liked it. many times the way you wake up in the morning can have full bearing on how your day will turn out, so I think its a good subject with a hidden story...
