I Have Decided

I Have Decided
-by MVB

I once thought
To tell you to become a writer
Because I like it a lot
When you lay down words for me sometimes
And I fancy the thought
That you could write beautiful love letters to me
But I can't force you
To do something you might not like.

And then I thought
That you would make a sublime sculptor
To polish my body
With your tools
And to chisel my soul
But sculptors are born
And I cannot force your hands
On my body.

So I have finally decided
To make you a painter.
You have no choice!
And if you don't like it
Then why did you paint me
So beautifully
On your heart?

Whoa! It got rather erotic in the second stanza. Sweet....I love the progression of thought; delightful that she painted you on her heart....too romantic! Beautiful and delightful!

It's actually more erotic in the language i originally wrote it in. This is the best translation I could muster 🙂

Whoa! Make me wish I could read it? Romanian?
