The Climax

Geraldb

As we lie together

in a lover's embrace,

the pale moonlight

casts a silvery shadow

across your tired face.

The warmth of your breast

against my skin

stirs my soul from within.

The curve of your thigh,

softly silhouetted,

leaves me with a sigh.

A scent of Jasmine

lingers in the air

as I run my fingers

through your hair.

And as you drift into sleep,

a smile comes to say,

oh what a beautiful way

to end the day...
