Eyes

untoldpain

Through my eyes I wish you could see, just for a moment then you would understand. It is not your looks that catch my eye, it's your soul that makes my eyes linger. The beauty, the pain and the scares left from others, some would look away for fear of pity. Yet I keep looking at you, I see you not as you are but as you will be. At this moment I wish my eyes where yours, so you could see this is just a moment of being lost and not a life time of finding.

A very thoughtful write. This could not only help people facing depression, but the world as a whole.
