empty

SilentLaugh

I was running' through a empty field
where there was no one
to save me from my broken heart
that spilled blood
and watered the hatred
that grew like poison ivy
wrapping around my body
making me irritated
I tried to come out of the darkness
only once, but I was held back
by your rejection
and my grief
I let it swallow me up again
though i still felt powerless.
