Changing.

Fay Slimm.

Changing.

Macaroon sky,
white-ruffled and fluffed
like meringue pie
trapped in cold oven.

Roan-streaked twilight
night-stained and greying
like grains of rye
simmered in gravy.

Wind-sheeted shore
cheesy and mould-slaked
like bread long-stored
means storm on the way.

Wind sheeted shore and cheesy like bread are stored in memory of wise expression. Storm is on the way but maroon sky is in new hope. An amazing poem with excellent wording is shared here.
