Healing Ourselves.

Goldfinch60

Within each of us there are three things,

Three things that make us what we are.

Sometimes they may become ill,

But in our lives there are ways,

Ways in which to heal ourselves.

The body heals with play,

The mind heals with laughter,

The spirit heals with joy,

And all can be healed with love.

Great observation in this super little poem - I am blessed in that I have them all in my life but fear that for those without elements of them all life must be so empty.
