    Top notch S-M.

  • Simple-Man87

    Thank you guys.

  • Nicholas Browning

I hated that feeling back in school when I wasn't picked for the gleeful ball game. Well said.

  • Simple-Man87

    Nicholas, I know the feeling.

We miss out on chances we don't take.

A fine Haiku S-M. That's all the 5 syllables of the first line used up in one word!

    • Simple-Man87

      Thank you orchidee..
Lesson learned... anticipation breeds expectation, expectation leads to failure.

    • Louis Gibbs

A long story, briefly but well told!

    • orchidee

Oh, not a failure. I'm just stunned by words used that are, say, 4 syllables or more. It's educational on 'ere ya know! lol. In fact, the second line is almost one word too. Nothing wrong with any of the lines!

Orchidee, I was referring to the incident that prompted this Haiku. Thank you though. You're far too kind. I appreciate it.
