Got to seem confident even if you’re not
Sometimes that trickery’s the only thing you got
Don’t let this world leave you behind to rot
You’ve got to go and take this shot
Believing even when everyone says you’re through
Hoping and dreaming even when they’re not true
So close to closing the gap, but it stretches a mile away
Upon bitterness you trip, praying for success on a new day
Possibilities buzzing all around, impossible to reach
Within frustration suddenly begins to breach
Fear and doubt both expunged into smoke by a raging flame
Done with feeling left out, this feeling’s impossible to tame
Tomorrow must exist for you to claim
The challenges you face loom mighty and tall
Set by the reapers of greed seeking your fall
You must be determined to pass whether you must run or crawl
Despair rises at times like these, threatening to engulf your heart
Overcome the seas of sorrow and mounds of misery
Life’s a play, we all must choose our parts
Become the person who can set you free

Life's play can be both a comedy or a tragedy but if we find the right part freedom is there for everyone.
