Sometimes in life
There is a solid wall before you,
It is stopping you moving on.
That wall may be in front of you
But all you need to do is look back,
And go out through the open door
From where you entered,
And walk on another path
To where your life moves forward.

- Comment from author about the poem: Just thinking. The song "Apache" played by The Shadows. Their First Album called "The Shadows" released in September 1961 was the very first LP that I ever bought and is the only album that has the original group on, Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch, Jet Harris and Tony Meehan. I still have that album!

The SHADOWS ~ A Classic Instrumental Rock Ensemble ~ oft imitated but never ever excelled ! Apache was one of their most haunting compilations. I use their version of Chariots of Fire in my Dessert Islands Discs presentation (8 records to cover a mere 35 years !) ~ Love the Poem ~ my experience in all Aspects of Life there is always an alternative ~ sometimes "The Road ~ less taken !" Thank you Dan, we all take the wrong path sometimes but we need the confidence to tyrn back and find a different path. There are many in our lives but we should be sure in the knowledge that we WILL get the right one in the end.
