This piece hit me from the beginning when the Name Weiss was mentioned it matched my family on my mother\'s side that came from
Switzerland. As for playing I took violin, piano, learned the harmonica and tried the accordion but never fully mastered any. I tried the guitar but was too lazy to learn, besides I found that it hurt my fingers. But through it all I have learned to read and write music and have a deep appreciation for music of all types. A most lovely write with a bit of sadness at the end. Loved it.

Music gives words another string,
My wife tells me Michael Jackson couldn\'t play, but man, he could sing.
Like the gift to the poet, it comes from the heart,
Sing him a tune, it will add to your art.

I got a challenge for you, about breathing
Try not breathing for 24 hours. I did it, but didn\'t feel well after it. Doh! lol.
Wish KP would stop breathing old trout-breath.

Wot or who is a groundhog and how the hell did he end up with a Punxsutawney moniker? Oh I see, it\'s an American. That explains it all........ Americans are sometimes accused of being ignorant of the rest of the world....well here\'s one non American helping to even the score.... lol

Thanks for sharing. I only know Groundhog Day from the movie. We say if something happens over and over, it\'s like groundhog day. :-) Is it something the whole of US celebrates? When I saw the film back in the day, I thought it was made up.

Well ground hog day means it never ends in Europe I\'ve had some days like that for sure, oh A.P you do give me such a chuckle we also have some weirdly wonderful wives tales Italian grannies have all types of tricks. The winter hasn\'t arrived here not a good sign absolutely adore your groundhog. And may you be very productive in this most wonderfully weird holiday. 😆 Biggest of hugs my dear friend.

To me art has to involve the heart. A photograph may be accurate and though it can be art is not a van Gogh.
Words without emotion are only a report. Nice work

Hate
Cassie58 said:

Sadly it is a word used far too often. I agree with Teddy, it is an ugly word and the less used the better all round. It!s a word that can whip up a storm in no time at all. Thank you AP. All the best.

I quite agree AP .. one of my least favourite and used of four letter words .. and just like its polar opposite four letter word, love is also far too often and inappropriately used .. Neville

A great message. I think all people have a right to dislike something but hate is something that destroys the bearer. Hate is nothing more that a hat with a detached e. A hat that marks its wearer as out of place especially when it is not removed out of respect for others.

The title reminds me of someone - a \'man of peace\' supposedly said: \'I\'m a man of peace; and if anyone does not agree with that, I will punch them on the nose!\'
Can you guess who it was? Clue: Irish.
