Very nice job on the poem. Sometimes brothers and sisters just never see eye to eye. No matter what. It\'s sad but, as you say, they refuse to see that your heart is true.

Thanks AP. I try my best to not be a litterbug! It\'s amazing how long it takes for a diaper to degrade!

Great message AP! Something I find very aggravating is that after somebody dumps something beside the road, other people start dumping at the same place and within a short time there is a mountain of trash. So instead of helping to solve the problem by cleaning up, they make it worse. Don\'t even want to get started on the beach!
Hawaii being a tourist location, the Govt. is making a big effort to keep everything clean, but it is a losing battle.
You are absolutely right that the only way to change the mindset of people is to start early with young children.

Oh yes, seeing the town, especially after Friday night or Saturday night, before the cleaners come round! Terrible mess!

Yeah, I agree it\'s the people who need to change. Where I live we have people \"adopt a mile\" of the highway and it\'s their responsibility to clean up their section of highway. But if there weren\'t littering we wouldn\'t have to do that in the first place. Mindsets need to change, like people are saying. Great poem and thanks for sharing!

This is a very good message that needs to be said, but I believe it is wrong to say (not saying you\'re saying this of course!) that everyone was responsible for global warming equally. There were scientists paid off by industries to cover it up, those who truly release the CO2 within the atmosphere. This is a problem of politics, all linking to the corruption by special interests and lobbyists.

It\'s sad people turned the world into this. If we move onto another planet because of global warming or litter the same thing will just happen to that planet. :(
