Thanks orchi, that does make a lot of sense. I hadn\'t even thought of that. Probable how I have my settings, I\'ll look into that right now. You\'re a super hero orchi, cape flying in the breeze, standing there arms folded so proud. Now I\'m the one waffling. Thanks orchi.

A fine write AP. Yes, it got someone else\'s birthday wrong too! lol.
Ahh is it the American thing? Date shown as: US month/day/year. The UK way is: date/month/year.
Makes sense: somehow the UK date form is taken?
If you was born Dec 12th it would be correct: 12/12/year.
Know what I\'m waffling on a bout?

Love the conception of poems that sleep - - tis true that words after a while form themselves and sometimes when we are least expecting it a subject gathers its sentencing from almost nowhere. - thanks A.P, for versing the frustration of waiting for clear and completed inspiration.

capturing that sleeping poem with imagination is a beautiful thing. your transition from mind to paper is a remarkable notice of what not to lose. brilliant rhyming, yet again with good fluent style. i love your work AP.

Oh I get why you said that our posts were similiar! Mine about writers block and yours about a \"poem that sleeps\". Well, yours was much better, in my humble opinion, but I think written about similiar topic. Great job on this!!

A fine tribute to all who served! Well done, AP! I served in the Swiss Air Force (don\'t laugh, they DO have more than one pilot!), and even though I never went to war, at least I was trained and ready!

A heart-rending picture of sacrifice on both sides of war-torn conditions A.P. - - your pen struck a special note when it wrote
\"Forever a soldier grieves
For the soldier’s life he stole\" - - how true this must be for the many who were going home again.A touching read my friend.

AP, I had a big smile on my face by the time I finished reading your poem. It started out so-so, I mean we all know how it feels to drive to work...boring! But then it picked up, got better and better right up to the totally unexpected, but great conclusion!

Great write - it gave me a smile. Slightly off topic you mention drivers sipping coffee - why on earth do they find the need to drink coffee whilst driving ? As dangerous as talking on the mobile phone (cell net) and that\'s illegal here in the UK. Rant over !!!
