My body
L. B. Mek said:
\'My thighs, where is your gap\'
wonderfully creative and grounded
on a realistic perception
of a self, as viewed by other\'s
and yet, containing truths
we need to address, for ourselves
more power to you!
but before we curate our body
we must ascertain a mental sate
that can fuel our fight;
your body, will
and can, Never
define you!
it is merely a portion
of the totality that makes you
You!
so begin, by appreciating
those unique and beautiful
qualities
that make you: You
learn to forgive your failings
and fall in love with your
grace, of incandescent qualities
of which I\'m sure, that mirror
looking beyond your aesthetic
will identify, plenty...
then, once you have curated
a stable sense of self
take that chisel of hope and
clay of endeavour and fight
to safely, sculpt that physical reflection
you seemingly desire
knowing, you\'re doing it
first and foremost for yourself
stay strong!
I wish you all the luck in the world
