I read this book quickly the first round just to get it over with and start my project. However, I realized how much of a gem it is. It’s the perfect balance of creepy with reality. It showed how terrifying mental illness can be and how awful people can be for assuming something they don’t know about. I wouldn’t classify this as a “horror” book, but I would say there are some....jumpy parts. Amazing book, all in all. I will definitely read this for the third time again when I have the chance.
