Not every writer can be "suspected" in an unusual genre such as mystical realism. Marquez is quite successful in this genre. No wonder he is a Nobel laureate in literature. Why such a title of the novel? Loneliness often stems from a lack of love. And it teaches that it is necessary to comprehend life. It is important to learn to love. Only then will it be possible to really get rid of loneliness, but the marked path is not easy for people.
This is one of my most favorite works. I read and reread when I feel very lonely.
    I recommend. Get endless pleasure.
