Help > Collections
Collections allow you to organize your poems into thematic or custom groups. You can create as many collections as you want, and the same poem can belong to multiple collections at once.
Accessing your collections
To manage your collections, click on the «My Collections» link from the menu that appears when you hover over your avatar (profile picture) on the right side of the top bar.
Creating a collection
On the «My Collections» page, you’ll find a form at the top to create a new collection. Simply write a name and, optionally, a description. You can also choose whether the collection will be public (visible to everyone) or private (visible only to you).
Adding poems to a collection
There are several ways to add poems to your collections:
- From any of your poem pages, click the «Collections» button. A window will open where you can check the collections you want to add the poem to.
- From your poems list, each poem has a button to quickly add it to a collection.
- When publishing or editing a poem, you’ll see the option to select collections directly in the form.
Editing a collection
From «My Collections», click «View/Edit» next to the collection you want to modify. You can change the name, description, visibility, reorder poems by dragging them, or remove poems from the collection.
Deleting a collection
To delete a collection, go to «View/Edit» and click «Delete this collection» at the bottom. The poems will not be deleted, they will simply no longer be grouped in that collection.
Visibility: public or private
Public collections will be visible on your profile to all users. Private collections can only be seen by you, and are useful for organizing drafts or poems you prefer to keep grouped without sharing.
