Spring and Fall

Jonas Hallgrimsson

 Next Poem

Brimming springtime brings from sleep

shaping life anew in sheep ---

Thrushes warble, throats aglow,
through the plains and islands ---
I like roundup, even so,
when autumn fills the highlands.
