Mask

Masking

Don't try to look behind the mask, Because it's the glory that I bask. Please do not remove it, Because it's my only cast. I've taken one too many hits, And it's given me a lot of kits. But there is none to fix my face, And I let the mask to me knit. You came in such haste, To remove me from my space. Why is it you have yet to ask? And after what will you place? I see you've undone the back very fast, And you slowly loosen your grasp, From your eye I see a tear start to drip, I remove it from your face quick. As the mask finally fell to the floor base, I have faded without a trace.
