Her poem

Dakota

I wanna write a poem for you.

If you were here I would have a card board box thrown for you.

When you get scared at night I would get a night light to glow for you.

I would pick up your toys and stub my toes for you

I wish I could say wow look how much you grown to you.

But that's on me the responsibility was mine.

Blame me hate me I understand fuck you Dakota fuck you father time.

I would've watched you grow

Get up early in the morning next thing you know.

It's cleaning your messes to teaching life lessons,

And I would be there for the bad day sessions, don't forget about the training bras then the cute prom dresses.

The thing that would make the dress special if you were in it.

I tear up just thinking of you spinning in it.

The days I would of made you mad.

I would do anything to make you laugh anything to make you glad.

It would be hard if you would of been like your mother but anything to hear I love you dad.

But sadly I messed up and missed it

Good night my love I would of put you in a crib see your forehead and kissed it.
