You believed me

Agiel

You've seen me smile
You've seen me try
You believed all that
I wonder why

A big nightmare
Covered in a beautiful dream
You believed all that
To listen not to me scream

Pills in my hand
They will never know
You believed all that
Just to spare the show

A gulp or two
Down they go
You believed all that
Don't you dare say no

Shattered glass
Scattered on the floor
You believed all that
My heart you tore

Body on the ground
Eyes showing dark
You believed all that
There goes the spark

Heart runs fast
Lungs go slow
You believed all that
You will never see me grow

Things calm down
Time forever frozen
You believed all that
This, you have chosen

My family's arms
Have accepted me
You believed all that
Ignoring my plea

I am gone
Laying in my room
You believed all that
And it was my doom

You have found me
Never to believe
You believed all that
All because of a sleeve.
